We begin working on your order as soon as we receive it. You can expect to receive your proof within 2-3 business days (it may be 3-5 days during the busy holiday season.) Please look over the proof carefully and let us know if you have anything you want us to change or if it is ok as it is. Your products will arrive approximately 2-3 weeks later, depending on the production process. Most orders will be shipped before that time. If you’re in a rush, please drop us a line before placing your order. We always do our best to accommodate rush orders.US Orders - Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery after your final proof has been approved.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We use USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipping. We can use other carriers upon request (additional charges may apply).

We are based in Washington state and sales tax will be added to all orders by Washington state residents. Additional states do specify that orders shipped out of Washington state will be charged sales tax.

Because each of our products is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns, even for other shop merchandise/store credit. All sales are FINAL. If there is an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement at no charge. However, we do ask that you notify us of an error within 5 days of receipt of the product.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors on our website, but due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Please assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen.
